Class Description

*Please note: face masks are required in this class.  Students will learn the basics of linocut printmaking by creating block stamps. We will learn how to use the Speedball linocut carving tools with easy carve linoleum blocks.  Designs will start simple and increase in complexity throughout the class period as the students get more comfortable using their tools. We will implement the methods for drawing, transferring, carving and printing an image with linoleum.  Instructions for class procedures will also be written on the board as well as verbally addressed by the instructor.
